popcorn chex mix
due to popular demand. i've decided to share this. awesome recipe =) ingredients4 cups popcorn1/4 cups butter/ margarine2 tblsp light corn syrup4 1/2 cups chex 6 tblsp packed brown sugar1/4 teaspoons vanilla - mix cereal & popcorn in bowl
- microwave margarine, sugar, corn syrup, & vanilla for two min.
stir after one min. - pour over popcorn & cereal.
- stir until evenly coated.
- microwave for 5-6 min.
stir / scrape bowl every min. - eat it!
